Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Tickvy for your use of tickvy.com and its agents. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Tickvy you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Fair Use Policy. If you use Tickvy for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” includes that business. If you do not agree, do not use Tickvy.
2. The service
Tickvy provides AI agents that work for you:
- Social media agent: creates images and videos with copy written for each platform, and publishes or schedules them on the accounts you connect, after your confirmation.
- Tasks agent: carries out tasks you describe on websites — such as filling forms, signing up, booking, comparing prices, working in spreadsheets or making payments — in a real browser you can watch and take over at any time.
- Telegram: lets you start tasks and approve steps from your own Telegram bot.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate account information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@tickvy.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Your instructions and the agents’ actions
- You direct the agents. The agents act on your instructions and on accounts and websites you sign in to. Actions they take at your request are taken on your behalf, and you are responsible for them.
- Approvals. Tickvy asks for your approval before sensitive steps — entering personal data, submitting payments or orders, and publishing. Review what you approve: once a payment, booking, order or post is submitted to a third party, Tickvy may not be able to reverse it.
- Agents can make mistakes. Websites change, and AI can misread pages or instructions. Check important results, especially bookings, payments, form submissions and published content.
- Unattended schedules. If you schedule work to run without review, you accept responsibility for what it publishes or does within the settings you chose.
5. Third-party websites and platforms
The agents use third-party websites and platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google and online stores) through your own accounts. Those services are governed by their own terms, which you must follow, including any rules on automation and content. Tickvy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for them, and is not liable if a third party limits, suspends or changes your account, or changes how its website works.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Tickvy to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- create or publish content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, or that promotes illegal goods or services;
- publish fake reviews, invented prices or discounts, false claims, or guaranteed results (for example health, income or investment outcomes);
- impersonate any person or business, or use others’ logos or trademarks without permission;
- send spam, run fake or bulk accounts, manipulate engagement, or commit fraud, including payment fraud;
- access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to use, defeat security or access controls, or distribute malware;
- interfere with Tickvy, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or resell it without our written permission;
- exceed the limits in our Fair Use Policy.
We may refuse, stop or remove any request or content that we reasonably believe breaks these rules.
7. Your content and intellectual property
- Your content. You keep the rights you have in what you provide (text, images, logos, brand details) and, as between you and Tickvy, in the images, videos and copy the agents create for you, subject to these Terms and the law.
- Licence to operate. You give Tickvy a limited licence to host, process, adapt and transmit your content only to provide and improve the service for you, including sending it to the providers and platforms you choose.
- Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and to publish what you ask the agents to publish.
- Tickvy’s property. Tickvy, its software, templates, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These Terms give you no rights in them other than to use the service.
8. AI-generated output
Output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content made for others. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Review output before you publish or rely on it, and make sure it complies with the law and platform rules.
9. Plans, points and payments
- Plans, prices and how many points each tool uses are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Prices may change; changes apply from your next purchase or renewal.
- Points are used as you run the agents. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and unused points have no cash value. If a run fails because of our fault, we may refund the points it used.
- Payments are processed by our payment processors under their terms. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
- Purchases you ask the tasks agent to make on other websites are between you and those websites; Tickvy is not the seller.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Tickvy available and reliable, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, failures of providers or platforms, or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features, models and providers as the service evolves.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tickvy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for Tickvy or others, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15) survive.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tickvy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any result from the agents, including reach, engagement, sales, bookings or savings.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tickvy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tickvy is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Tickvy against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your instructions to the agents, your use of third-party platforms, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you other rights. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in advance by email or in the app. Continuing to use Tickvy after the changes take effect means you accept them.
