Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Tickvy collects, why, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Tickvy (“Tickvy”, “we”, “us”) provides AI agents at tickvy.com: a social media agent that creates images, videos and platform-specific copy and can publish them to your accounts, and a tasks agent that carries out tasks on websites in a real browser you can watch and control. Tickvy is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your name, email address and profile picture, and your sign-in method (Google or email).
- Content you create or upload: your requests and messages to the agents, images, logos and brand details (colours, fonts, tagline, website), the images, videos and captions the agents produce for you, and your schedules.
- Connected destinations: the social media pages, channels and profiles you add for publishing (their names and links), and, if you connect one, your own Telegram bot token.
- Billing information: your plan, points balance and invoices. Card and crypto payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support messages you send us.
Information created when you use Tickvy
- Agent activity: the tasks you start, the steps the agent took, approvals you gave or refused, results, and screenshots or the live view of the agent’s browser while a task runs.
- Browser sessions you create: when you sign in to a website inside the agent’s browser (for example a social network or Google Sheets), that website stores its own cookies and session in an isolated browser profile reserved for your account, so the agent can work there for you later.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, time zone, pages used, error logs and, if you allow notifications, a push subscription.
3. Information from Google Sign-In
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares with us — through our authentication provider, Clerk — only your name, email address, profile picture and a unique Google account identifier (the openid, email and profile scopes). We use this information only to create your Tickvy account, sign you in securely, show your name and picture in the app, and contact you about your account.
- We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Calendar or any other Google service through Google APIs.
- We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
- We do not share Google user data except with the service providers who help us run Tickvy (listed below), as required by law, or with your permission.
Tickvy’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you ask the tasks agent to work in a Google product such as Google Sheets or Gmail, you sign in to that product yourself inside the agent’s browser, as you would on any computer. Tickvy does not receive your Google password through Google APIs, and the agent only acts on the task you give it.
4. How we use information
- To provide the service: run the agents, create and store your content, publish or schedule it when you confirm, and show you the agent’s progress.
- To manage your account, plan, points, invoices and support requests.
- To keep Tickvy safe: prevent abuse, fraud and misuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and secure accounts.
- To send service messages (for example a task finished, a scheduled post is ready to review) and, only if you opt in, product news. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To understand and improve Tickvy through aggregated usage and error information.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (where applicable, such as the EU/UK GDPR): performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent (for example notifications and marketing), and legal obligations.
5. How the agents handle your data
- You stay in control. The agents act only on your instructions. Before entering personal data into a website, submitting a payment, or publishing to your accounts, Tickvy asks for your approval.
- AI processing. To complete a request, the relevant parts of it (your text, attached images, brand details and, for the tasks agent, the content of the web page being worked on) are sent to the AI providers listed below. We send only what the task needs.
- No training on your content. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we use providers’ business APIs and settings that do not use your content to train their models where such settings are available.
- Payments on websites. If you ask the tasks agent to pay on a website, payment details are entered into that website for that purchase, after your approval. Tickvy does not keep a copy of card numbers.
6. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf to run Tickvy, under contracts and their own privacy commitments:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Clerk | Sign-in, account security and Google Sign-In |
| Railway | Application servers and database (European Union region) |
| Vercel | Website hosting and delivery |
| Cloudflare (R2) | Storage of images, videos and files you create |
| OpenAI | Writing copy and generating images |
| Anthropic | Planning and writing videos |
| Google (Gemini API) | Generating video footage |
| DeepSeek | The reasoning model that operates the agent’s browser and publishing |

| Payment processors (such as Kashier and NOWPayments) | Processing payments when you buy a plan or points |
When you ask Tickvy to publish, your content is sent to the social platforms you chose (for example Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Telegram or WhatsApp), where their own policies apply. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to protect it.
7. International transfers
Our servers are in the European Union, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and, for DeepSeek, China. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention and deletion
- We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active, so you can return to your work.
- You can delete conversations, designs, videos, schedules, destinations and your saved brand from the app at any time.
- You can sign out of websites in the agent’s browser, or ask us to clear your agent browser profile.
- When you delete your account, or ask us to by email, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, tax, security or dispute reasons (for example invoices).
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@tickvy.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
You can also remove Tickvy’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
10. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, separate private networking between our services, and isolated browser profiles per member. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password or Google Sign-In and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
11. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
12. Children
Tickvy is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Tickvy changes. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
